We dont' give refunds or exchanges

When you purchase a style or a product, after your payment has cleared you will be able to download and start using the style. Once you download the style, no refunds or exchanges will be given. We have this policy since it is impossible for you to return your registered version of our styles or products.

In rare instances and only within 30 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the style or product will not work as designed*, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or exchange. In such instances, I require that you provide enough information for me to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your company name, date of transaction, purchase code, number of licenses purchased, etc.). If we can positively identify your order, and if your request is made within 30 days of purchase. Then you must submit (Email) us a letter (picture) of destruction of software or product. Only then will we process the refund, minus service charges we incurred. We can not be held responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected email, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our styles or products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.

If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of our refund and exchange policy, Please do not place an order for any of our styles or merchandise.

* as designed : being used in its' default forum on a unchanged vBulletin install that we can not fix .
no plug ins, code hacking or programs installed , as some may not be compatible with our coding set up and styling.
