The 3.6.7 package has been updated as of 18:30 UTC, May 16th 2007 is when it was upDated .. .

shortly after the original release .. .

looking on the top of the admin cp will give you the version with the PL! - the copyright wont'.
at least there were no template edits ( possably the log out in the release post )
