yes it is : we are using 3.6.8 on this site - with a few of our own changes to it - the current version of vBulletin.
(test site is behind -- busy)

17.95$ - with support via the forums and uP grades ( we supply manual upgrades also as not to disrup a site any more than need be ) for ?? .
till we discontue the style.
