- we removed the table a bit ago - using css for the sdes as it improves the speed of the display

remove the header table from the header :
in the footer there is the closing part at the bottom that needs to be removed also -
should be marked -
just remove the table, not the <divs' if they are in the marked section .

looked at the old er xml -- in the footer remove : think there may have been a few additions - not sure when we matched them to the premade styles .
- other than additions and the frame they are the same
