the post icons for the style are in the style directory / icons, would check to see they were uploaded.
check in the admin cp : styles and templates : choose -> Replacement Variables from the drop menu.
should be : gfx_vB36revisited/icons
this can also be reverted to the vBdefault icons - just delete it.
a link would help me be more specific, there are other options to find the problem, but need to see whats going on in the source code -
