when the last post column is not the same size, doesnt' line up properly there is 2 ways to fix this.
1/ in the admin cp : vBulletin Options : then in the right menu find "Forum Listings Display Options" and go to it.
- - in the setting Last Thread Title Maximum Displayed Characters change the number to something less

2/ replace the "_lastpostspacer.gif" in the misc directory with a wider one. present one is 210pxls.

attached is a replacement image - "_lastpostspacer.gif" - one that should work for your site with out changing the characters number
(used a screen shot for the width)
- is 10 pixels wider. (need one wider or smaller let us know).
all thats' needed is to over wright the present image in the styles "misc" directory.
