I never said that nor do I think that. I do believe that from a commercial standpoint, if I delivered a format other than .psd to my customers they wouldn't know what to do with it. Having said that, there are plenty who buy from me who obviously have PS, yet still don't know how to use it based on the questions I get sometimes
