Ok, so you want to learn Photoshop, well, there are sure a lot of resources available, including lots of online free ones that will give you a good head start. I'm assuming you've at least skimmed through the manual right? If not, do so, it'll help to at least understand what the terms are that people use. Your next step might be to plug "Photoshop Tutorials" into a google search and see what pops up. There are some here too and I imagine there'll be more soon.

I recommend just getting in there and playing around with everything, see what it does. Download some plugins and filters and brushes and play with them too. Take a hands on approach to it.
