Hello, all I found this place while reading a thread on TAZ yesterday and decided to join up. I'm in the early stages of starting my site, and that is what has lead me to finding these great resources.

Only about a year ago I was as helpless as your common n00b. After becoming interested in image manipulation I downloaded the GIMP and messed around until I could put it to some use. I've designed a few things here and there, mostly just q & d. Hopefully I can learn a lot here, or at least participate well. I've got a lot of work to do, that's for sure. Anyway, I'm glad to have found this place.
