Subscribed and cant download styles

I subscribed for a 6 month subscription and i cant download styles...Can someone help me with this? I am sorry if this is the wrong place to ask for help but i didnt see a help forum...Thank you in advance. Be well -

3.7.0 is different than 3.7.2 , vBulletin changed how things are called in phrazes and options.
- - check in the archived styles : 3.7 series archive - GFXstyles
do believe there are 3.7.0 styles there .. .

There are many sites which provide fonts, styles, themes and logo. There is one site which even designs online logo.
