Stainglass

This is what started it all, making stained glass butterflies like this one:

I don't remember what started that one. I had seen the stained glass butterflies elsewhere and wondered if I could make them. I played around with some things, I think I happened upon a tutorial for the bevel. I tried gradients for the insides at one point but the effect didn't look right. Anyway, that's what I work with now.

I get the stained glass at Spectrum glass, it's a free download. I'll go plop that under resources. Liz

Hey, here's an idea, how about using some of the tribal designs to make 'em stained glass like that? There's plenty of those for photoshop as brushes, dunno if that's any use to you. A dragon would be a cool one to do also.

Hmm... They look good, but yeah, the need something, hmmm... Lemmy think here, if I sent you an image with a bunch of dragons on it (just B&W line art) would that be useful?
