Working on a siggy tag for myself

Then I didn't know it...cause I do have photoshop altho I haven't opened it again since I did a last reformat. Been too busy tubing. I've learned to mist tubes and making some great ones for wallpaper. Liz

WHERE is backlighting in all that mess? I see lots of different types but none called backlighting. Liz

thing is with most things in photoshop/image ready you have to do it yourself... the beauty of it is it teaches you each step needed to make the effect you want instead of just clicking a button and changing a few settings.

I'm not sure there's an actual preset for a backlight to be honest.

But even then you have to start at some point. I don't even see a setting that resembles backlighting at all. Liz

I don't think it's called backlighting in photoshop - to me a backlight just means a light in the background not a shine across the text which is essentially what you have. I'll dig up some tutorials for you.

Thanks, I'm not the one who calls it backlighting, PSP does. I'm not sure what *I* would call it. LOL. Liz
