TOS with Privacy Statement links

adding a TOS (terms of service) link to the bottom of the styles - with out doing the template.
used here as we have more than one style and dont' edit anything we dont' need too.

in the : admin cp -> vBulletin options menu : click on "vBulletin Options". from the selector in the right column choose "Site Name / URL / Contact Details"

in the "Privacy Statement URL" wright your links this way :

replace the links with what you use :

And how we can make a custom page as to work as our own tos? having a tos is a must thing i suppose.

even though it a 3.5 mod, am still using it here for ours tos, privacy and a site map - comes with it .. .
