pS - b - g - r x2 styles

the 3 pS styles , 3 colors , different headers and footers are now viewable and able to be used .

this is a 'fixed" width style - as of right now only a fixed width of 963 is available ( will not work properly on 800x screens )

it can be able to be fluid by removing the 3 large buttons , or using the ones for 800x and letting them be centered .

- currently the 3 buttons change the styles / color .

they will be available if no problems are found during the next day or 2 , an 800x version is completed ( buttons need resizing , renaimed )
additional programs - the templates edited .
