uP grade - vBulletin 3.6.1

sooner than i expected but .. .

as of this writing --

only one style is available - New , 80% done , still in the process of replacing images .. .

the rest are in the process of being upgraded .
quite a few edits this time . so give it a day before everything is done .

it will cause the store to open a day or 3 later than planed
the end of the week for sure
