upGrade -> OnLine for a .. .

we were going to keep the forum off line durring the upgrade to vBulletin 3.7 .

after thinking about this during the initial process, decided to open it for use, viewing .

please do understand : everything may not work correctly - links in posts, previews and other little things .

later on during the day we will be correcting this - the site may need to be closed for a bit

if it dont' work, it will later on today, or tomorrow .

we are presently adding styles and fixing everything thats needed to be fixed asap .. .


the front end will be enabled last after the forums are done .
