vIII-3m styles

the vIII-3m styles - one blue and green, the other a blue and blue are on line, we have set the blue green style as the default forum style.

we are in the final process of cleaning up the code, css, images and a final check of the xml compliance.
a few minor changes may be needed

if no troubles or errors are found they will be released for purchase tomorrow, Friday August 16^th . (the 17^th at the latest)

Plans for the site .. . all of our styles during the next week will be made viewable here, the way we have them for purchase in a fixed width only. the way we have them set up will be fluid to all unregistered visitors, and adjustable for members who have changed their width preferences. the rest of the month, a style for next month - working on some mods for plug ins, post another set of templates that we have, stock images and ?? .
