[help] Add new template for advertise/sponsor

Helo santai, could u pls give me the code for add the new block for advertise/sponsor at my forum using theme vB 3.6w tabs x* ?

I want to add under navbar like this site -www.indomp3z.org

can add this to the very bottom of the navbar template to be shown on every page or in which ever template for the page you wish it :

just change in red to what you would wish it to display :

Then, what is code to show sponsor's image and link to sponsor's site?

I have upload image to public_html > gfx_vB36revisited > Banner > uploadkapanlagi.gif

only can do part of it but should be able to fill in the rest:

the "the link to your sponsor" they should have given you.

image path is in red - is it Banner or banner / in unix they are different. could also use the full http path if needed.
