Default How to present child forum in column and raw wise?

I want keep my child forums in raw and column wise like this way:

Garments and Textile apperial
Knit ------Woven -------- Sweater
Stock lot


But I can not make it. Help me how can i do it.
Only Import Export site from Bangladesh
