TMS hack on 3.7.0 b4

Anyone has any problem in using Template Modification System - vBulletin.org Forum on 3.7.0 b4? I am having hard time trying to find out how to use it.

Right now, I am using 3.7.0 b4 and seem like nothing works for me. I selected the "Add Modification Template" on the dropdown menu from the Master style and nothing happened...

If anyone has been using this hack, please share me the purpose and how to use this hack?

never figured out how this works - or how to use it .

with more and more mods going to plug ins that make the necessary changes on hooks never bothered to work with it .

alright... I just might have to remove that hack and delete all of current DB and reinstall the stable 3.6.8 version. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr......

Question for you:
1/ do you know how can I export/download the Default style? Because I want to remove that style after you finished my request. I tend to have 1 style running only instead of two or three...
2/ please take a look at my edited thread on the style request. Thanks.

if the default vB style is edited just download it the same as you would any other style -
when downloading styles it only exports templates that are different than the default vB style .

this one runs on 3.7 - a lot of vB stuff has changed so it will not work on a vB3.6.8 board .

what templates did you need to keep track of ? - a lot of them or ?? .

the way we do it is just keep a master style and have all the others as children, edit the one edit them all - unless something is different from style to style .


would ask if hes' going to upGrade and make it work with vB3.7 .

Sorry to hijack this Thread, but I just happened to see your thread. Yep I use Andreas his famous TMS Hack. It's still the best hack ever. Once you know how it works you'll never miss it. I have updated all Templates with TMS and it works till today like a virgin

Remember: The most important of TMS is its powerful and flexible dealing with Styles! The more Style you have the better does TMS work in its independently magaging with all different Templates. Whenever you need help I can help you for sure. Don't hesitate to ask.

is a good to know, am not real familiar with it -- one day may try it on the test site and see how it works.
