Questions about new install of WarC style (3.7.1)

Hey KENJ - Jacquii Cooke here - I am finally getting started on JPiC v2 for our 2nd Anniversary - I just downloaded the WarC style and have been playing around with it - I think I like - but just need to customize to fit the JPiC current color scheme...

Anyway - I installed the style and have a few questions. Do I need to revert all templates? Cause I've installed the 3.7 style on my 3.7.1 PL1 testboard - and you'll see in the pic below - the navbar and breadcrumbs seems to be missing from the style. Kinda weird. So... Um...

In my AdminCP it says "There are currently 132 customized template(s) that need to be updated or reverted. Some sections of vBulletin may not function if you do not do this!" Did I do something wrong? Cause I thought installing a new skin would update all templates to current.

Please help! Also any comments/suggestions on style and custom graphics will be appreciated as well --- I'm actually gonna edit the css to include mainly the current JPiC colors - but I love the gradients you've done for the style. So yeah - any suggestions will be welcome!
